To improve the quality of life for oppressed, disadvantaged, and marginalized people.
To provide support, build capacity, and integrate individuals into mainstream society who have traditionally been suppressed in personal, social, economic and political domains
Chhattisgarh, Aayushman Samiti is a grassroots non-governmental organization founded in 2005 by service minded and dedicated youth of Raipur district in the state of Chhattisgarh. The NGO is registered under the Chhattisgarh society registration act 1973 (amendment 1998) under section 27.
Mission of Ayushman Samiti
· VTP: Programs are organized for unemployed women, men and students to build their skills and make them profitable.
· Training programs for groups of 20 women include computer hardware, tailoring, knitting, embroidery and handloom weaving.
· Health care activities in rural villages include free health camps and awareness programs.

SECRETARY
Shahina Anjum is originally from Chhattisgarh. She joined Aayushman Samiti in 2010 holds MCM and B.Ed degrees with a specialization in Computer. Shahina has worked in various positions with national organizations
She has in child rights, gender equity, issues faced by disabled persons, and women’s issues. She uses her skills to be both an administrator and grassroots teacher
PRESIDENT
Md Sabir Qureshi is originally from Odissa. He joined Aayushman Samiti in 2006 holds MBA degrees from Delhi with a specialization in Marketing and Computer. Sabir has worked in various positions with national organizations. He has in child rights, gender equity, issues faced by disabled persons, and women’s issues. He uses his skills to be grassroots administrator. Sabir’s goals include facilitating efficient implementation of project objectives and maximizing community participation. He hopes to build the capacity of the grassroots organizations with a focus on creating lasting solutions and long term impact among communities helped by Aayushman Samiti.
